Our Approach

We focus on three science-backed pillars: eating more fruits and vegetables, understanding protein, and balancing calories, fats, and carbs. Our clients take it one meal, one snack, and one workout at a time. We teach sustainable, realistic strategies for lasting health and fitness—no gimmicks, no quick fixes, just results.

Heather has worked with fitness enthusiasts to picky eaters and plant-based eaters since the 1990s. She has developed personalized nutrition plans and strategies that deliver lasting results. Her extensive experience spans decades of guiding individuals through their unique dietary needs, ensuring they find sustainable, practical solutions that fit their lifestyles.

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Health and Wellness with a concentration in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and relocated to North Carolina shortly after graduation. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition and also holds certifications in Emotional Eating and Hormonal Health. Since her early 20s, Heather has been coaching wellness and nutrition, and as a Certified Weight Loss Specialist, she has helped hundreds of clients through tailored meal planning and nutrition sessions.

Jennifer Owen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach from Peru, New York. With a deep passion for health and fitness, she loves helping people improve their lives through exercise and nutrition.  Jenn specializes in strength training and building healthy diet habits, guiding her clients on their journey to better health and wellness.

Beyond her fitness career, Jenn  has an identical twin sister and enjoys playing the violin. Growing up, she dreamed of becoming a doctor or teacher, reflecting her lifelong desire to help others. Today, she fulfills that goal by empowering people to reach their health and fitness potential.

Residing in Huntersville NC, Lisa Rhyne is a dynamic personal trainer and nutrition coach with certifications from NASM and NPTI. With a background as an athlete, Lisa developed a deep connection to fitness and nutrition early on, fueling a lifelong dedication to wellness. She is passionate about helping her clients surpass societal expectations of perfection, guiding them to prioritize strength and well-being for a happier, more fulfilling life.

Lisa's extensive fitness expertise is enriched by her professional dance background. After two years of intensive training and earning a certification at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City, Lisa transitioned her focus toward fitness.

Despite this shift, she continues to nurture her love for dance by auditioning and performing in the Charlotte area, integrating her artistic passion with her fitness career to offer a unique and holistic approach to personal wellness.
